Busy as a Bee - Examining Myself Too

I have generally been deficient in the whole department of online correspondence and interaction. I leave for San Francisco in just over two weeks so I also have a list of things to do to get myself ready and packed. I am sooo ready for departure day to arrive already!

I have a lot on my mind lately. I have been spending time reading on false teachers and apostates from books of the bible such as Jude, 2 Peter and 1 Timothy - and making notes. It's 'scary' and eye-opening stuff that every serious Christian needs to be aware and educated about. There is so much deception out there right now and it's not our good intentions that will protect us from being deceived. Nothing but the word of God (knowing and doing it) will shield us from being deceived and deceiving ourselves.

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Prove yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless you are disqualified.
